As for your question – so how it can help is you can create videos without recording basically. You just copy the text into the video editor and the AI in the program will read it out. If you look on Youtube a lot of people are doing this with reviews. Of course long term it is better to get over your insecurities and actually make proper videos but this can definitely help in the meantime.
